Us. Riding in the back of our covered, bus-like bed of our pick-up truck. Drinking coconut water straight from the fruit. I've never enjoyed a coconut so much :)

Corn and coconut?
Corn is put in EVERYTHING here, and oftentimes treated as part of a dessert - like it is here mixed with this coconut!
